USS IDAHO welcomes new commander, Randall Leslie

 

Cmdr. Randall Leslie is piped ashore following a traditional change of command ceremony that was held Friday, Dec. 2 at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut. Cmdr.
